One of the world's six floral kingdoms, Cape Point is the richest in diversity and abundance; yet, in only 7,750 hectares of protected land, the smallest of all the world's bioregions. Cape Point is also known as Cape of Storms, The Fairest Cape in all the World, and The Cape of Good Hope.

BOULDERS BEACH

A breeding colony to over 2000 African Penguins, Boulders Beach is the epitome of Cape beaches. Sheltered coves and spectacular scenary host these rather peculiar yet adorable aquatic birds.

KIRSTENBOSCH NATIONAL BOTANICAL GARDENS

In the top five biggest and best, Kirstenbosch is spectacular. Cradled gently on the eastern slopes of Table Mountain, the garden was formed in 1913 to showcase the tremendous flaura diversity of southern Africa. WORLD OF BIRDS

Perfects as a prelude to Safari, World of Birds offers more than 100 walk-through aviaries. A volunteer-based operation, World of Birds is a sanctuary to our feathered friends. Monkeys, marmosets, and guinea pigs will be sure to charm you as you come face-to-face and hand-to-hand with many wild and endangered species.
